The refund is made using the same means of payment that was used when making the purchase. The money will be returned to the customer immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Returned goods must be accompanied by the documents issued for them: receipt, invoice, warranty card, protocol. The goods are returned, and upon receipt at the office of the courier company it is checked whether they are in good condition and commercial appearance, without being opened and used and without violating the integrity of the package. In case the product is not in good commercial condition, the claim is considered groundless.

The transport costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.

No indemnities, penalties or other costs are due except for the transport costs for the return of the goods.
