Kokosöl verfestigt sich bei Temperaturen unter +25 °C. Zum Verflüssigen bitte nicht über 40 °C erhitzen.
Im flüssigen Zustand ist das Öl klar, beim Abkühlen wird es zu einer festen, weißen bis leicht gelblichen Masse.
Da es sich um ein reines Naturprodukt ohne Konservierungsstoffe handelt, bitte immer mit einem sauberen Spatel oder Löffel entnehmen – nicht mit den Fingern.
